I'm a huge sucker for these types of games and so far am loving this one. If you loved Capitalism then the odds are good you'll like this one too. I really hope the devs intend to keep working on it adding new supply chains and industries. If I had one complaint so far it's that as you start to build out more and more supply chains it can become pretty tough to keep track of how many resources you need in different places. Would be awesome if there was some advanced research available to unlock some tools to help keep track of things. But I consider that a minor annoyance in anotherwise very fun game.. Can someone tell me how to win at the take over mode? I have 4 other companies to take over. I am dominating one company by saturating every product he is selling with better product quality, advertising and price. Some how this company is still gaining +1% every year with company growth and about 5% profit.

Please explain what I am missing to force them to sell their shares so I can take over.

This product is easy to get attached to, you need plenty of patients at the start and it's wise to follow all of the Tutorial videos in game or on Youtube to ensure you understand how the game works completely, otherwise you'll enter a world with no idea what to do.

As you process in the game and other AI members around you do also, you'll encounter some frame drops, but not to worry! This products new and I'm sure the developers will fix this before long, so for now pick a medium sized world and around 2-3 AI max.

Any crashed encountered? No, i've a rather standard and average speced computer, and I've encounted none.

Is it worth the money? If you enjoy simulated games and have plenty of patients, this is the game for you. I Could spend countless hours on this game without even realising the time. Completely worth the money (When it's on some sort of sale!) This product in my opinion is not worth anything more than £10.00 to £12.00 tops!

Overall, I rate this game 7/10, simply due to small ingame bugs that should be fixed before long and due to the cost of the product.

Last game i didn't bother producing anything, just focus on retail. By loads of food etc and within a year a was making 120 times as much as my strongest competitor.

You could probably just buy a few warehouses and all of the retail slots, focus on retail and the AI couldn't even sell anything for a decent price.

Sure i could do the whole production line thing but it's clunky and im dubious about the AI anyway.

Hope the game will be overhauled but right now it's fairly pointless and not terribly fun.. This is a very nice game. I can see myself playing this for a long time to come. It's sort of like Capitalism II, if you ever played that. You can buy land, make manufacturing chains, research, sell products, buy\/sell stock, get loans, compete with other computer players, etc.

The reserach tree is pretty nice as well. Not only can you research new products, but you can improve your existing ones along with the maximum production, maximum workers, research lowering costs, etc. There are many upgrades, and products to research\/manufacture; I love this part of the game.

I do recommend spending about 10 mins watching 1 tutorial when you first start; it saves you a lot of time, and you get the hang of everything fairly easy after that. One tip: on each production and warehouse building you have to tell it to get certain ingredients, or send certain final products to the warehouse. Also from the warehouse you can click on each product, click global market (or whatever it's called), and then sell a certain amount and click 'repeat' to sell a certain amount each day (1st option to sell). The 2nd option to sell (better option) is to click on the construction areas in a city, build a building that lets you sell your products in your own store, and add those products one by one to sell (2nd option; this option automatically sells your products.)

The AI (computer players) is the one main area where I'd give a negative right now, but I also know they are working on fixing this as it's in their 'known issues' thread in the forums. As it stands the computer players go bankrupt after a while; they keep it entertaining for a bit, but then they one by one go down. It's still fun to play, but will be much better once they start playing better. Also it'd be cool to see cities develop, but I believe the only thing that changes with them is the population figure, and when corporations build their store in a pre-set area. Outside of the cities though is where all the manufacturing chains are built, and it's a pretty good sized map for you and the computer players to build in.

There are random events that happen such as: the bank decides not to lend for a while to anyone, fungus growing on crops causing production to halt, worker strikes, etc. It's a nice touch. Also I just found out in my 2nd game of play that there are random rewards\/challenges for example for researching something specific, or producting certain goods.

You can also setup winning conditions, 3 map size options, etc. which are nice. This game is extremly fun for me. If you like Business type games with research trees, building upgrades, etc. this is a defnite buy imo. You do have to look at the production trees, etc. to see what is required though for each product, so I wouldn't recommend this for children obviously though (unless you have one of those kids really into these types of games. :). was really hoping something good but ı hated it. coulnt play more than 1/2 hour. it was not challenging, it was to dull to play, no design no nothing. shame. Most of the negative reviews are seriously erroneus! Bought it at 6pm, started playing by 7pm cant stop at 1am.... Awesome tech tree \/ well thought out \/ everything works for me! Spent 35bar before I started showing a profit.. research research research & development and get the goods to market....and VOILA 28K a day profit. One of my competitors went out of business, LOL. Gonna start again in the morning on hard :) BUT there is undeveloped potential and lots of 'wish they had this' and 'wish it did that' but if you like tycoon economy games and are not too small minded to be satisfied with an evenings worth of solid entertainment thats all you'll get..... You'll enjoy the depth; you can mine or grow simple raw materials, you can produce primary product, you can use that to make components and you can assemble all of that to produce motor cars - AWESOME! WELL WELL WELL 10 hours in I find out the AI competition is not competition at all, it just throws in the towel for no reason at all. there is now no point to the game at all, just start another production line and make some more money and carry on alone on the map. ridiculous and I guess whats worse is the devs dont even respond on steam SO A BIG DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK!. The concept and depth of the simulation is great. The problem is, you have to transport your raw materials and intermediary goods to the warehouse and than take it from the warehouse to your final goods factory. When you have more than one warehouse (you will need more than one at some point) you have to select the exact warehouse where you are sending the raw materials to. The game should just recognize you have goods on stock and transport them to the factory. I got to a point where a have tons of materials available but I'm not producing any goods because I can't find where they are. This is stupid, it's not the purpose of the game, the chains are already complex enough. Connect all warehouses and routes whenever goods are available and you'll get my thumbs up.
