What Is My IP?
IP, the full name of the Internet Protocol address, refers to the IP address, which is the digital name of the device assigned to the Internet Protocol.IP assigns a logical address to each network and host computer on the Internet to mask the differences in physical addresses.
The IP address of a computer connected to the Internet is, for example, 11010010 01001001 10001100 00000010. These numbers are obviously not easy for humans to store.
To conserve memory, we divide the 32-bit binary number of the IP address of the computer into four segments, each segment having 8 bits separated by a decimal point, and then converting each 8-bit binary number. After that, the IP address 11010010 01001001 10001100 00000010 is changed to 210.73.140.2 in a decimal number.
Common versions of IP addresses are IPv4 and IPv6, and there are other minor versions that are not normally used. One of the main differences between IPv4 and IPv6 is that IPv4 provides 4,294,967,296 addresses.IPv6 increases the original 32-bit address space to128-bit.This means that IPv6 can provide 6 x 1023 network addresses per square meter on Earth that will not be used up in the foreseeable future.
How will the internet protocol be realized?Network connectivity devices such as Ethernet, packet-switched networks, etc. are not compatible with each other. The main reason for the inability to communicate is that the basic units of the data they transmit (technically called "frames") have different formats. In fact, the IP protocol is a protocol software that consists of software and programs. It converts different "frames" into a "network protocol package" format. This conversion is one of the most important functions of the Internet, so that all types of computers on the Internet can be interoperable.
However, surfing the Internet is not always safe as your IP address may expire. For a private and secure online experience, we strongly recommend that you hide your IP address in a virtual private network - VPN.7.- Try RitaVPN to prevent an IP leak immediately!
