“It’s now being used as a single-family house, but it would be a perfect family compound because of the multiple buildings and all of the bells and whistles that a family would enjoy,” listing agent Mary Kehoe said.

Other architectural and design details include French limestone and reclaimed French oak floors with radiant heat, 12- to 14-foot ceilings, a white stucco front gate, a cobblestone driveway, and beamed ceilings throughout, including reclaimed wooden beams from a barn in Pennsylvania in the dining room ceiling.

A former chapel on the property is now an entertainment pavilion, with a billiards table and multiple televisions for watching sports. There is also a dining pavilion next to the large vegetable garden.
“It’s a luxurious house, a glamorous house and a really fun house,” Ms. Kehoe said. “It’s almost resort-like in how it feels.”
One of its best features, she said, is its elevated location, so that you have 360-degree views across Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains. “It’s kind of unique to be in town and have that kind of panoramic view.”

The 7,700-square-foot main house has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. The lot measures about 6.6 acres. There is also a two-bedroom guesthouse and a one-bedroom guesthouse. In all, there is 12,329 square feet of interior space.
