Mr. Shen Jun expressed gratitude to the great and continuous support of CPC Jing`an District Committee and Jing`an District Government to SIG. He said that in recent years, Jing`an District has been actively matching with needs and requirements of enterprises of Jing`an District, upgrading level of serVices, striving to constructing an excellent environment for enterprises within Jing`an District. Since SIG was relocated in Jing`an District in 2010, leaders of CPC Jing`an District Committee and Jing`an District Government has paid visits to SIG multiple times, understanding and concerning requirements and difficulties met by SIG in its development, so as to offer full support accordingly.
In recent years, SIG has been making breakthroughs in operation in recent years, and it has made tremendous contributions to the socio-economic development of Jing`an District as well as Shanghai by handing over tax and profits generated from state-owned capital operation. In the future, SIG will continue to leverage state-owned assets and capital to drive social and economic growth while maximizing their value, effectively direct more financial capital to the field of real economy, serving for the regional development, pool the efforts with the Jing`an District to make more contribution to the development of the district and Shanghai at large.
Mr. An Lusheng expressed warm welcome to the delegation led by Shen Jun. He pointed out that after the combination of Jing`an District and Zhabei District in 2015, the two sides has been complementing each other's advantages to form a multi-diversified development state, and the newly-combined Jing`an District has established a new benchmark in the central city area, with multiple indicators ranking at the top; In the future, the new Jing`an District will strive to break through bottlenecks, integrate resources effectively to solve the problem of homogenization and remain its leading position in the whole city. He said that for long SIG has been making outstanding contribution to the regional economy; under the new arrangements of the thirteenth five-year plan, based on our excellent foundation and prospect for future cooperation, the two sides are expected to further cooperation in direct financial industry to serve for real economy and reform on state-owned assets and state-owned capital so as to boost the new-round of development for both sides.
