I coiuldn't get this to actully work on your game. Not really a review but. You have to enable all DLCs on the main menu. Choose from the drop down menu under Downloadable content -> Content. Select ON on Options. They were NOT activated automatically even when Steam said they were installed. Took me hours to realize.
