This game will not allow you to have a fair chance. The AI is able to get 10 million pop with only 3 tier 1 bases.. If your thinking of picking this up or already have it, I would reccomend the older title "Fragile Aligance" (wich is a fathful remake of the very old Amiga game K2240) whos graphics have aged very well even if the interface is somewhat clunky.. Interesting setting and simple mechanics make this game a blast to play when you have an hour of spare time.. Flawed game with incredibly fun premise. Minimal replayabiliity. Extremely addicting, easy to play, VERY fun. Light of Altair can give you hours of fun on end, and is so addicting that even if/when you get stuck and want to stop, it keeps bringing you back. It's a really enjoyable space strategy game. (the review before this parenthesis was made before i finished it) now upon finishing it, i can still agree to what i said before, but with one caveat: limited replayability. There is only the story missions to it, with no sandbox/freeplay or challenge mode, thus limiting replayability.. Very enjoyable game! I highly recommend it for a nice and deep strategic experience. A fairly fun citybuilding/space strategy game with a nifty plot.. fun rts/space settlement sim
