i buyed this some days ago and liked it its funny a bit stressful so u have to do something too if u do much faults u get many coins but the one thing that is disturbing me if im playing on my laptop windows i cant pet the kittens or put the hats off because i have only one hand at windows pls fix that so we can with the other mouse key pet them and the second point is at the second world part 2 u can get crashed if the kittens activate to often the laser and self distructer. Can't recommend it at this time. It's cute, sure, but it doesn't make any use of common VR function. You add food and litter by pressing a button instead of doing a natural shaking motion. No way to move around as far as I can see. Throwing physics seem kinda scuffed. And I hope that's not a feature but one of my cats about 2 minutes in just fell over dead. Like, actually dead, looked like a snapped neck. Please tell me that was just a bug and not a feature, and even then, what the man. VR is a niche market but I'm vehemently against selling games that are glorified tech demos from 2016 for over 10 bucks over 2 years after the hardware is publically accessible. Really appreciate the cute animations and models, but the actual gameplay currently is horrendous. Sorry.. I love! Been with my kittens now I must do that every day :p. I love! "My room" is now its own gamemode! : We are getting really really close to the final release of Kittend!. Development Update 2018-07-20 : Hi there! Kitten'd have now been in early access for almost 2 weeks and we have received a whole lot of great feedback from all of you beautiful people. We thought we should give you a little update on what we are working on at the moment and what's coming up in the next months. Our current plan is to finish Kitten'd before the next year. We have 2 more worlds and 3 more kittens planned. The next update will contain: Support for more languages Chinese is finished but we are working on more languages. Hopefully we will get German,French and Japanese completed pretty soon. Improved tutorial After watching tons of YouTube videos there are a couple of things that we have explained badly (you can fill bowls and litter-boxes from a far for example). We have improved the tutorials and tool-tips to better explain how the game works. Achievements We will be adding the first set of achievements to the game. Updated Unreal Engine We moved to Unreal Engine 4.20. This should slightly improve performance but also fixes a lot of bugs with the steam integration. General Fixes Change to triggers on the consoles to make them a little bit smaller (consoles in world 2) Made consoles in world 2 have a timer giving the player a bit of time to remove the kittens before they trigger them. This is also used to avoid kittens re-triggering the same console over and over again. Fixed issue with kittens in my room not starting in the correct spot. The my room button on the main menu now correctly says minutes if you have been away for less than an hour. Removed the function to move items you can use to avoid confusing the player as you can use all of them from afar. Added a option under video called screenshot mode. When this is checked oculus players can press the right thumbstick down and vive players can press grip 1 to take a high-resolution screenshot! This will slow down the game for a second or two but you will have a pretty picture. Fixed kittens sometimes leaking from the sandbox into the other levels. Fixed issue with level 1-7 not always saving the score. Fixed issue where players would sometimes start on top of a cat box and falling down a little bit when they opened it. Fixed an issue where players wouldnt be in the correct level when starting the game. Fixed an issue that made it so that you couldnt replay the first level on a new world. Fixed an issue where spray bottle could be used indefinitely. UFOs now gets removed once the level is completed and no more will spawn. Filled up bowls and litter boxes now have the correct filling. Tweaked score targets for world 2 Fixed the rockstar achievement Fixed the complete X levels without breaking anything achievements Fixed the Put out X fires achievements Fixed the Throw 5 poops into the trash achievements Fixed the Happy Cat achievement Shadow casting for kittens are now on by default. Cheating not correctly turns of achievements. Fixed leaderboards for world 3 not updating. Fixed issue with the menu on 3-2 "My room" changes The my room menu has now been split up into 3 sections: Adopt- lets you adopt new kittens just like before Remove- lets you remove a kitten by name from your room Wait- When you press this my room will restart and one hour will have passed. This is a good way to earn more presents by keeping your kittens happy. There is now a limit on how many cats you can have inmy room. To adopt more cats you will need to earn kitten-tokens. You start with 4 of these. With every world you complete you will gain one more token. You can also get tokens as presents from you cats. Cats that you earn in presents does not require tokens so you can have more cats then you have tokens. Kittens you have adopted in my room will now sometimes bring you gifts when you visit them! If you have been away for more than half an hour a kitten will bring you a gift when you visit them. If you have been away for longer theres a slight chance you will get even more gifts! The quality of the gift is determined by the happiest cat you have. If that cat is happy you get a nice rare gift but if its sad you might just get poop (literally). Gifts added: Coin: This gift will give you one more coin to spend in the shop! Kittens: This gift contains a new random kitten! You can even get kittens you havent unlocked yet. Decorations: Lots of small decorations you can place around your room to make it look nice. Temporary food: like muffins,chicken etc. You lose no points when kittens eat these things in my room. Poop: Its a poop given by angry kittens. So rude! Color guns: You can use these once to change the color of furniture in your room. Kitten Token: Pick it up and you can have one more cat in my room.. Added brushes, using these to brush kittens will fill their love much quicker! Added glue gun, aim at broken things and shoot to instantly fix them. Can only be used a couple of times per level. Added cleaning spray aim at dirt and spray to remove them. Can only be used a couple of times per level. Added 7 new hats! Fixed issue with the last upgrade of the food. Fixed issue with the fire extinguisher spraying a bit weird. Fixed a ton of bugs. Known Issues: Not all of the text is currently translated to all of the languages! We will sort this out real soon.
