Same gameplay as Assault, new weapons, enemies and perks. Game itself seem more colorful compared to the first one. Difficulty is not too hard, if you enjoy twin stick shooters then you'll like this one, also cool it's on the Halo universe. Not bad for a few bucks.. Another good game for Halo fans. dont get this game, it is basically spartan assault with no differences, sure there might be a few different vehicles and enemies, but it's really not worth the price, so if ur a hardcore halo fan and want this game, wait until it goes on special or something. Not as "revolutionary" as the other halos but ita a great way to kill time offline and alone if you are that kind of person. Grap[ically much better envoirments than the first one, story is "okay" (I could care less about it anfd the characters), weapons and vehicles are truely a ton of fun to use. Recommending if you like playing games alone and could care less for a good story but want to have good gameplay. And there are no spoilers for any other Halo games within this one at all.. As sequel to Spartan Assault, Strike does some things right and unfortunately a lot wrong. The gameplay while improved greatly is also unfortunately way too easy and the levels are presented in a more simple linear corridor-based way that kills the run n gun aspect that made Spartan Assault enjoyable. It really is just the same game but not as good.. Fun little game. Can get disorienting and annoying at times (controls are sometimes iffy), but overall a good game. Another good Halo title in the series.. Lackluster game play, feel more like some arcade ports then actual game made for an actual gaming machine. Graphics is nothing to write home about. Weapon variety is bland. Voice acting is weird, do you have to grunt everytime. And let's face it, the still-pictures narrating is boring, it was novel maybe 10 years ago.
Also, for a top-down shooter, my gamepad doesnt work. So thumb down.
