A really quite amusing game. A few typos here and there, and the auto-play feature doesn't seem to work for me, but otherwise it's pretty awesome. I kinda wish there were more choices, but I can wait until the full cast is included before breaking down the creators' doors. lol $25 is a bit steep for a visual novel, though. Anywho, it's been enjoyable playing this and while $25 is a bit steep, I'd say it's worth it, if you're interested enough to play all the characters. If you're the sort who'll only play one character and then drop the game, you might want to wait until it's 80% off, but that's lame. Especially since most of the characters aren't a rehash of other characters from a slightly different perspective. Each one has his or her own motivations, etc. So yeah, great game. Worth the price if you play through multiple characters' stories. Has some choices for each path, but more would be better. Dunno how that'd be implemented without rewriting some of the story, though.. I'd be really irritated if I put any money into this, but since it was free.99, my friends and I honestly had a lot of laughs. If you are easily amused by writing, art ripped directly from a "how to draw anime for kids" book, two dimensional foil characters, all delivered by a man with questionable understanding of female anatomy and human sexuality, who went to the fetish buffet and said, " it, I'll just take some of everything", then this game could be for you. It has a lot of cringe worthy moments, and many screencapable awkward scenes, and will provide you with limitless laughs. Plus, you'll have a fun time explaining to your friends why you've been playing Gender Bender DNA Twister Extreme.. I was orginaly going to wait for a steam sale. After seeing all the hate the devs were getting though, I decided to help the devs out through this rough period. Also, I wanted to know if all the hate was warneted. I've just compleated the Deric/ Dinna path and it took me about 3.5 five hours (with small breaks). There were only a hand full of choices for this character, so I'll have to see if the other paths are more interactive. I'm new to visual novesl, but I know Date Warp had more freaquent choice makeing. Now onto the story aspect. Off the bat, this game is not high on realism, but it's not as shallow as some people are makeing it out to be. Sure, I can't understand why Deric spent all this time and reasech just to become a chick and have masive boobs, but then again I'm happy to be a man. His friend/reshearch partner/ Liam I can understand a little bit better. He was motivated by cruiousity wile Deric wanted a permant sex change. If he didn't like the results, I think Liam would have turned back if they could find the reavsal serum he spends a good chunk of time trying to find. What I like about Deric the most is his devious light hearted (yet extreamly imature) nature. Like a good chunk of the story, wile Liam/Lynn is working on a cure for the infected, she spending his time trying to grow himself a bigger rack (not giveing a damn if all his empoyiees and boss are ok with have a comlete sex change). He definatly very self and incensitive to how most people would really feel in a situation like this (even if most of them do learn to expect it, some more quickly than others, Dan seemed to have the hardest time from what I saw of him/her in Derics story. And what I saw of Liam, I really like that when it's revealed that the affects of the serum are irreversable, he becomes devistated and guilt ridden for all the lives he might have ruined. So yeah, this game raise some moral, phyisophical, and ethical quetions. It might not handel them in a mature manor, but it's a fetish thing. Deep down this game knows that it's fanservice. However, even some of the none fetish humor was hillarios. Derics interactions with Stephany the uptight security gaurd were histerical. And If you get the snake girl ending that joke becomes even more hilarious. Anyways, this game is just inonccent fun. Parts of it are silly and childish. ok the whole thing is silly and childish. But doest that make the game an aboniation to gameing. Course not. I had fun with just the one path. Some of the stuff wasn't for me, but I really did love that breast expanstion squence. Recommend to anyone who has TF, expanstion, cosplay, furry, and gender bending fetishes. Haven't even finshed and I can already tell this is going to take a long time to completely review.. This game is hilarious through and through. It was worth the price merely because it almost killed me with laughter. It might have been genuinely erotic if they had a good artist work on it, but they didn't, so you're left with hilariously corny dialogue. Nobody talks the way these characters do, and I hope the devs do that. Still thoroughly enjoyed it, though. The music annoyed me but I just muted it.. Its too good.. i want to hang myself :). I went into this game expecting it to be absolutely terrible. I actually paid full price for a game I wasn't expecting to like, but in the end, it turned out to be be nowhere near as bad as I expected. Now, don't get me wrong, this game is by no means a godsend or a masterpiece of any kind - far from it. But if you're looking for laughs, something weird to show your friends, or are genuinely interested in any of the fetishes this game covers, then this is the visual novel for you.
