DEAD is a game all about that blissful, satisfying feeling when you've finally complete a hard boss fight.
That feeling of a well deserved victory as you sit back in your seat and exhale a deep sigh of relief.

DEAD pits you against ten spooky, meaty, angry bosses with tight controls and a banging soundtrack!

You'll die. A lot. And you might end the universe in the process.

Game play

Dead is tough but fair. It is not meant to be impossible and does not rely on cheap "gotcha" moments. With tight controls the greatest challenge will be yourself. Learn the moves, perfect the fight and pummel those bosses until their dead!

Want to heal? Stand still as long as you can!
Need to recharge your dodge? Don't attack!

NG+?

NG+ comes with the ability customize your difficulty in layers.

These modes do not come down to "they have more health now" but will truly test your mettle.

Great for speed running or to experience easy bosses with a fresh coat of hard!

Simple, elegant, brilliant.
Like the best games, it's deceptively simple - you just move, fire and dodge, but the real innovation comes from the plethora of unique bosses which were clearly designed by someone with a deep love of Dark Souls.

. The game is good, but there are some things that whenever you are playing it if you are like me, really needs to be changed, only one thing for me though. totems orbital collision. instant death, 9 out of ten of my deaths were due to going in on the flash attack then accidentally touching the boss(at full health no loss) and then instantly dying. otherwise is pretty good. undertale but spook. This game was actually f***in awesome. I had a blast. I bought to play on stream, hoping it would give me an hour or two of fun, but unsure of it. However, I ended up playing 'till I beat it. Nearly ALL the bosses were super cool, love the deisgn. The Puppeteer was a bit annoying just because it took so long to get to the harder part and once you die you gotta do it all over again, but other than that, no complaints. Maybe maybe Scourge harder, I spent legit 6 times longer on the Silenced than him aha.

10\/10, best bullet hell game I have EVER played, hands down.. If you really like difficult games, then I suggest this one because it is fun and challenging.

I personally love difficult games, even if it means that I get frustrated on one part and get stuck. The difficulty of the bosses makes it feel more rewarding one you beat one. The game might seem unfair and random, but you just have to learn how to deal with each individual move, and it becomes a lot easier, but still a challenge to deal with.

The achievents are one of my favorite parts of this game. They add another layer of challenge to each bossfight, such as not using dodges (which i barely use anyways so those achivements are easy for me :p), or fighting a boss a way you normally wouldnt (such as Furnace and Scourge). The two secrets and the game modifiers are also cool because they keep you hooked to the game even after you beat the 10 main bosses.. One of the best games from an indie developer I've ever seen. Would recommend!. I love this game, I just beat it and for $5 this game deserves to be more! Anyway, it was hard,it was fun, it had a great story, it made me rip my hair out, it made my heart beat so fast doctors are now concerned about my new resting heart rate. The small team that made this are great, I have played their games and I wish to see this team reach its full potential one day. Good job developers.. It is 100% worth for the price, a definite yes.
