Love this game. It feels very retro in a good way. It not perfect yet it has a few bugs, like things not beeing shown or going to the next room an your monk loosing HP (only the monk), but its a fun game and if you like turn based games you should try it.. This game is fun, several distinct classes to play, somewhat difficult gameplay. I would recommend getting it on sale.. Really love this game, it's very well made, lovely graphics and reminds me of playing old school games on the Amiga!. I thought this was going to be like Hero Quest games of old. Am I missing something ? This game has no balance to it whatsoever. There is dozens of ways your characters get screwed and very limited number of ways you can buff them to prevent that. On top of that a lot of it is locked at the beginning to its a bunch of save and reload. You can't speedup the animations, yes there is an option for that, but it doesn't work. Nice graphics. Responsive devs, still bugs being ironed out.. If you have ever played Hero Quest the boardgame, this game will feel very familiar. The good: The art is really nice. The music and sound is good. Feels like an oldschool dungeoncrawler. 6 character classes with few, but pretty interesting skills and items. The bad: Some people complain about the UI, but I really have no problems with it. Another thing is when you need to backtrack to a room you missed, and have to walk each individual character through all the rooms area transitions. it takes a bit of time. It kind of feels the same as a DM in a game like Hero Quest, who do not want your party to jump to the end, but want you to roll dice for every move to get to the staircase, even if there are no enemies on the board. I have no major problem with that either. I have played a few hours, unlocked all characters, but not finished the game yet. It does not seem that long, but it might be a game that is enjoyable to try to beat on hardcore, and something you can just jump into to take a couple of dungeons when you have some spare time.. I quite liked the first one for being overly simple and straight forward but this has to be the most boring game I've ever played EVER.
