If you read one my previous articles about abs anyone already fully grasp doing crunches cannot and won't burn fat. Crunches, and any other ab exercise for that matter are employed strengthen mainly the muscle groups. However, if you have a layer of fat excessive of these abdominal muscles, you won't be able to visit your abs.
