Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, abbreviated as IIM Ranchi or IIM R, is a public business school located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India and was established in the year 2010. It is the ninth Indian Institute of Management set up by the Government of India EXECUTIVE MBA AT IIM RANCHI.

IIM Ranchi offers two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), five-year Fellowship program and Executive program (PGP-EX)

Admission to PGDM, PGDHRM is done on the basis of CAT score followed by WAT and PI, the process of which is divided into three stages.

Selection under the executive program PGEXP is done based on the marks obtained by the aspirant in the Entrance test conducted by the institute followed by an interview.

The FPM course offered by the institute gives admission to only those aspirants who get shortlisted after appearing in Common Entrance Test (CAT) or a standard test such as GMAT/GATE/UGC/GRE or CSIR-JRF and an interview round after that.

Admission to Ph.D. research program will be offered to the candidates with Master’s/ B.Tech/ Profession Degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

Executive Ph.D. program is open for candidates with 5 years of work experience along with Master’s/ B.Tech/ Profession Degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

Final selection to Ph.D. and Executive Ph.D. programs will be based on CAT/GATE/GRE/GMAT and NET-JRF (UGC/CSIR) examinations.
