About This Game

Welcome to the police department, where working late can lead to tragic consequences. You're John Bishop, a swamped-with-work detective who tirelessly carries out your investigations late into the night. But tonight you are pulled from your precious few hours of rest ,and a strange dream, by a mysterious call from an old “friend.” Turning your fight to find the truth into a fight to survive the night.

Your police department is left without electricity. The security system has been hacked. All exits are locked. But that is not the real problem.
Someone… something is following you. Red eyes shine from dark corners and the sound of shifting, clanking metal echoes through the once safe halls.. You know them simply as animatronics, but something unknown and horrifying is driving them. Figure out what is going on, survive the night, and remember - no one will care if you scream.

A tablet to watch the security cameras carefully. You will use a tablet to watch the security cameras, and you need to be seriously careful. Using the environment of the police station is the key to salvation and survival. Be quiet, be alert, move fast. Your only tools, the only things you can rely on, are your legs, your tablet, and a torch.
Hide & Sneak. Use closets and cabinets to sneak between animatronics and try to catch a silent breath.
Animatronics. The steel legs and arms will treat you well. Get ready to be confused by their abilities. Be prepared to react to the unexpected.

Mouse sensitivity is extremely high and there is no way of changing it in game.. Hell! What is it?. this game creeps me out lol. i am mad thats im got it i like it 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 likes yes its is
. Too scary for me xD It's good and simple actually kinda...maybe - but I hate the new voice of Bishop. THIS REVIEW ONLY TAKES INTO ACCOUNT EARLY GAME ISSUES. TAKE IT IN MORE AS A 1ST IMPRESSION RATHER THAN A FULL GAME REVIEW.... and in addition, i am also suffering from a lack of sleep, so i expect at least 1 mistake to show up. if you feel i made a few points wrongly, please tell me in the comments and i will adjust my review after.. (for lack of better words) further review on the matter.

i hadn't played this in a while, so i assumed it was one of those games that was in alpha or beta testing, so under that assumption, it was fine considering the bugs i came across.. but then i came to the steam page to have the realization that this game is, in fact, the final product, then my lax for the issues clearly in front of me completely vanished. it has good moments, but some of these good moments can be ruined by the voice acting, the cheesy dialogue (even when the voice acting is good), objective location issues, sensitivity problems (more than likely just a problem with a minority, but having a mouse sensitivity adjuster would be nice. i mean, if the game has one, i clearly missed it), and broken ai. i have had moments where the 1st animatronic would just stare at a wall for the entire time, and that provides no challenge (unless you actually want to enter through a room and they are just standing there blocking the door you need to get through). to attempt to fix them, you would have to risk your life by getting close to it and either getting in it's line of view, or if it's turned around and facing the wall, you have to make some kind of nearby sound, and i mean making a sound just 3 feet from them. the animatronic will also completely pass you up sometimes, even if they watch as you run into a hiding place, though, i will admit that this problem also led to quite an interesting, wonderful display. i ran into a locker with the animatronic just behind me, and it passed me up for a moment.. but then it came back, walking right in front of the locker, staring into my eyes for 30 seconds or longer. it kept looking at the locker, slightly turning it's head as it looked through, as if it were trying to search for anything within. this set a tone that made me wonder if my life was at stake, even if their ai doesn't seem to allow them to open lockers, or pull you out from under desks.. this moment.. intentional or not.. it executed itself in the best way possible, making for a short, but thrilling moment. however, this moment cannot excuse the poor ai. i may not have come close to beating the game, but it's because of every problem i have listed.

In conclusion, though the game can be fun, issues can be too much of a hassle to deal with, and can become greatly tiresome, sometimes resulting in no progress ever being made without a tutorial, or having prior knowledge of how to beat it.. i never played a free roam fnaf fan game like this. wait i never played a free roam fnaf fan game befour, thanks for putting it on steam, cuz gamejolt has files for all, and i mean all games have files so i cant get pass it.. so close to being a great game, if the price it right it worth it. FINALLY! A Five Nights At Freddy's inspired game were I can actually get up off of the damn chair! :D

CASE: Animatronics is honestly a really solid game from what I've played so far.
It's mechanics are of course very similar to FNAF but with one exception, you actually get to get up and walk around now.

The main voice actor while not neccasirily a "great" actor definitely gives some quiky personality to the game in a weird way. Something about his delivery just seems off. :P

I have only come across the one animatronic so far throughout my time with the game so far and he certainly does startle you from time to time. Best to hide in the nearest locker all Outlast style in my opinion...

It's a lot of fun! Check it out even if you're not a huge fan of the FNAF games, you might be surprised! :)
