About This Game

The East New World is a retro-inspired action platformer game with the high quality pixel art style. Tight controls, complex level design (including multiple paths and secret areas), RPG elements, collectibles and achievements, boss fights, NPCs, a fair amount of challenge and decent number of levels. Moreover, any screenshot in the game is a wonderful picture.

Long long ago, there was a country "The Kingdom of Warrior", people there were strong and brave. After the King selling the soul of the country to The Evil Space, everyone turns into a killer who takes the assassination mission for it. Buta's wife Icy refused the mission,as a price, she died.Poor Buta begins his revenge - fight for love!

Controls are bad placed on keyboard and you cannot remapt them. Awful port most of things dont work and its not fully translated better play it on mobile.. I love this game - its fun, challenging, and particularly good if you consider yourself more of an old school gamer. It's reminiscent of the platformers from the 90's. I wish that the armor's were good for something other than appearances (If they are, I have yet to see the differences amongst them), but other than that minor thing, I highly recommend this!. This game looks fun, but it isnt.
The controls are awfull and gameplay is boring.

I have only one suggestion, more variety in music and the wep and armor should level up
On their own as u go. Otherwise when each piece cost 500 or so more than the last piece what happens is players simply
Save up enough gold to buy the best piece and skip over all the other pieces which is a bummer bc the player never gets to enjoy a progression, u go from worst to best. That aside, its way fun.. ENW is a 2D action platformer many of us are often trying to find
Included are

-Secrets (many but most seem to rely on the fake wall trick)
-Equips plus ingredients and recipes to make new equips
-Rescuing people who help rebuild your village and add new features to it
like Azure Dreams, Dark Cloud & Suikoden to name a few
-Multiple path stages with stage collect-a-thon goals

At the point of this writing the game pad works perfectly for the action side of things but
you'll want to stay close to a mouse when accessing menu screens.

I'm only four stages and fifteen minutes in but at this point I am highly impressed - most certainly feel
that I got my six bucks worth. Many other indies would've tried to push this for $15!
. If you guys were going to straight up rip off of maplestory, then at least rip off some good animations and graphics!! It\\'s 2016 holy moly.. The game looks a bit like MapleStory, but you only play as a swordsman character

Pros:
+It's hard but still fun.
+Nice art style.
+Every armor\/weapon will change your character looks.
+Hidden collectibles in stages (house decoration, armors, weapons etc).

Cons:
-Can't remap keys.
-All weapons are swords (but all swords do look different, so isn't that bad).. the game on itself is good and cute

but it has some controllers issue , and the dev are offering an update in the future , so keep that on mind

the game is not cheap at all in it's fun factor.

the controls are responsive and fluid and the game play is as fun as 16 bit era platforming games , the levels are short but further you progress becomes Chalanging without the fustration of number of lifes lost but a counts of death prompt instead.

i recommend this game for any platforming lovers

i personally did not counter any bug or bad designe.

and the update fixed most controllers issues , and the dev are active.
