Barry learns a new breacher, Dr. Light, has come through the portal and sets off to capture her. Jay tells Barry that Dr. Light was not a threat on Earth-2 and that Barry can reason with her. However, during a fight with The Flash, she blinds him and drops some shocking news about Zoom. Meanwhile, Barry and Patty go out on a date.
As an encounter with another Earth-2 meta-human leaves Barry blinded (right before his first date with Patty), Dr. Wells outs Cisco.
The show is closer to becoming the Harrison/Harry Wells Show, not necessarily a good thing. I hope they do a better job going forward than this ep which is all set up for his return. Everyone except Caitlin got their moment with him, even Joe & Iris. De-powered Jay staying after the Speed Cannon was built. The team's easy acceptance. Dodgy motivations from everyone. It was so...by-the-numbers, I felt like I was watching a checklist for Introducing: Harry Wells.

But like all eps except S1E18, this had it good moments, too: Barry & Cisco fumbling through the blind date, Barry & Iris's convo, Dr. Light's E-2 ID, Joe's reaction to Wells (which made a whole lot more sense than everyone else's), Joe & Barry's convo, and the (probably?) inadvertent scene of Barry with his past, present and future LIs (lol). As an encounter with another Earth-2 meta-human leaves Barry blinded (right before his first date with Patty), Dr. Wells outs Cisco. The Darkness and the Light basically continues to amaze me i mean this Season so far has been way better than the first which i liked alot as well despite it's flaws. Barry and Patty's relationship is very adorable, Harrison Wells return is splendid so far and i really liked the villain for this episode plus it was great seeing Zoom again even if it was just for a little bit, i'm really excited for the next episode tomorrow. (10/10) (A+)
