(Free)Trail Blazers vs Warriors Live Online Tv Free

Not Kevin Durant's continued absence nor a 15-point halftime deficit could stop the Golden State Warriors on Thursday night, as the champs rallied from as far back as 17 down to beat the Blazers 114-111 to take a 2-0 series lead in the Western Conference finals.

This is a gut-wrenching loss for the Blazers, who did just about everything right -- including hitting 18 threes on 46-percent shooting from the arc. It was right there for them, and they just couldn't close it out. As Golden State went on one of its patented third-quarter runs, it was the usual suspects -- Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green -- taking control. All three were terrific for the Warriors.

Durant will miss at least the next two games of the series as he won't travel with the team to Portland for Games 3 and 4, but so far, the Warriors have handled their business without him. On the other side of the floor, Dame Lillard paced Portland with 23 points and 10 assists, while CJ McCollum added 22 points and five assists of his own. Steph's brother, Seth, added 16 points off the bench for Portland.

OAKLAND, Calif. — The Golden State Warriors walked off the court at the half with slumped shoulders, staring at a 15-point deficit and disappointed in their failure to execute the defensive game plan at home in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals.

The Portland Trail Blazers’ dynamic guard duo of Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum had combined for 26 points on efficient 9-of-17 shooting despite facing repeated double teams, traps and hedges. The guards managed to strike quickly off screens and took advantage of the rare isolation opportunities provided.

Inside the Warriors’ locker room, coach Steve Kerr issued his pep talk, urging his team to focus on the task at hand. And annoyed with how their defense had just allowed 65 points, he had one question right before his team took the court to begin the second half: Do we want to continue blitzing Lillard and McCollum?

Draymond Green, a few members of the team told Yahoo Sports, promptly responded, “Absolutely. In fact, we should blitz harder.”

That subtle adjustment is how the Warriors overcame a 17-point third-quarter deficit to swipe a 114-111 victory Thursday night to go up 2-0 in the series. Lillard and McCollum ended the game with 45 points, but on 15-of-39 shooting.

OAKLAND – Draymond Green admitted that the uncertainty over the future of the Golden State Warriors' dynasty has given him extra motivation to clinch another title this season.

Green helped the Warriors to a 2-0 lead in their Western Conference finals series against the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday night, but despite the team seemingly cruising to another crack at a championship, he conceded that there was a different feel this year.

“We know that these runs don’t last forever,” Green said after the 114-111 victory. “Obviously there are so many questions about things that can possibly happen with this team in the summer. We are going to try to take advantage of this opportunity and make the most of it and deal with the things that come after whenever those things arrive.”

The Warriors are firmly in control of the Western Conference finals.

Golden State pulled out a 114-111 win over the Trail Blazers on Thursday in a back-and-forth Game 2 at Oracle Arena. The victory gave the Warriors a 2-0 series lead.
The Trail Blazers outplayed Golden State and held a 15-point advantage heading into halftime. But, the Warriors worked their way back into the game by opening the third quarter on a 16-4 run and erased an eight-point deficit with a little less than 4:30 to play in the final period.
