A year and a half ago the world was hit with the biggest catastrophe it had ever seen. Without warning and without explanation, hundreds of millions of people simply vanished off the face of the earth. The world was in chaos like it had never been before. Yet somehow one man seemed to rise to the challenge. One man had the strength and conviction to unite a shattered world. One man gave the world hope. That man was NICOLAE CARPATHIA. He now rules the entire world.
The world falls into chaos as Nicolae Carpathia detonates nuclear devices across the globe and stages multiple devastating attacks against both the Tribulation Force and an international militia, led by U.S. President Gerald Fitzhugh.
This movie was OK, as far as movies go. It could have been made as a crossover into secular movies. However, it had little to do with the Left Behind books that it was supposedly based on. Major story premises were removed, and new major story premises were added.

What disappointed me most was how Nicolae was portrayed. He was shown with supernatural powers that he did not have at this point in the books. Antichrist is not Satan, is not omniscient and not omnipotent.

Faith and beliefs were portrayed in weird, surreal ways that seemed to make the movie just silly.

Non-believers who watch this will have more ammunition to mock Christian beliefs. Hello,

I did enjoy this movie. It was good to see another part to the first two. I never did agreed with the idea that if a person is good on earth, faithful to his beliefs, and is god fearing he would be left behind, just because he was of another religion.

I follow the movies and loved the idea that god does love all of us. I do believe that Jesus was the son of god. However I also believe that I am also the son of god.

I also believe that you reading this are the son or daughter of god. I also believe that the guy maintaining this website at 3 am in the morning is also the child of god.

In short I do not believe that Jesus, was the only child of god. That he died for his beliefs that all men are brothers, oh yes. That he died for his beliefs that god is in every man, oh yes. That he died because a wanted peace on earth and good will toward man, Oh SH** (Self-Censored) heck yes.

I was disappointed in the ending of the movie, but I guess that is what sequels are made of.

To all my fellow non-Christens out there I say watch the movie, hold true to your beliefs and be kind when you can, and you will see the kingdom of heaven.

He didn't have time due to scheduling conflicts. It is based on last two chapters of "Tribulation Force," the second book in the series. It takes place eighteen months after the events of the previous movie "Tribulation Force." Yes. Bruce, Fitzhugh, and Chris are all killed off.
