The gelation and reactivity characteristics of the resin formulations (type of resin, amount of catalist, initiator and inhibitor) were analyzed by measuring the increase of the temperature of a know amount of resin undergoing polymerization in adiabatic - Art epoxy resin.

By fully dispersing the surface-treated nano-silica in the silicone-modified epoxy resin encapsulant matrix, the curing time of the encapsulant can be greatly shortened, and the curing temperature can be lowered to room temperature, so that the sealing performance of the device is remarkable.

The gel point of the resin may be identified by the minimum of the loss factor curve accordingly to independent constant shear measurements performed under the same conditions.

The term eco-solvent is used actually for mild or soft inks and they are preferably used for printing purposes because of the advantages of slow dry time and the need of heating mechanism in the printers.These solvents are not accurately weather proof but are very reliable comparative to the traditional solvents - River table resin.
