While Terra begins to subconsciously reconsider her betrayal of the Titans and her alliance with Slade, the disillusioned team regroups to counter attack.
Way to drop the ball. The first part of this was really good, it set up the second part perfectly, and halfway through the episode it fell on it's face. Terra starts off the episode saying "she has no regrets", and she doesn't, for the first 7 minutes of the episode. After she gets her butt kicked by people she tried to kill, she regrets everything and wants to stop fighting. So what was the freakin' point of the first part? Apparently it wasn't there to show how far gone she was, because all she needed to do was lose. Sorry, but that's a pretty cheap way to try and get us to like her again.

Also, Terra's suit being controlled by Slade is pretty lazy. It's just a way for her to fight without wanting to, so she's a victim. Was it too much to ask that someone actually turn 100% evil on this show? And then, the Titans who said she was "just another criminal" try to be her friends again, making the previous part almost completely useless. What was the point of her betraying the Titans and trying to kill them, only for them to still treat her like a friend? This episode is just one contradiction on top of another. They had serious potential here, this could've been one of the best episodes the show had to offer, but it wasted that potential all because Terra had to be the victim one more time.

I'm honestly kind of glad that she turned to stone at the end, because that means I more than likely won't see her again. All the build-up, all the emotion, all the statements combined from episodes like "Titan Rising", "Terra", and "Betrayal" were wasted here. It's no longer about Terra failing and becoming evil, it's about her being confused and scared. Compare her story to Harley Quinn, Quinn is a victim of Joker, but she's still evil. She doesn't want to be good anymore. Terra is a victim of Slade, and also insanely quick to change her mind. I don't even want to see any other Terra episodes anymore, because now it's like rubbing salt in a wound.
