Drink plenty of water. People over look this all of the time and never look as if absorb it their own heads. I know drinking water just isn't as fun as chugging soda but you know what ?? Your body hates soda and hip-hugging fat LOVES it. Drink more water and your body will function better and keep you gaining weight.
