Game is simple and unbalanced. Low level items will give you only loss when doing sales, as cost of factory worker and sales person will be at least 240\/month, and production will provide far less money. That means that you have to push for higher techs to earn money, but all your starting guys have skill 1 or sometimes skill 2, so you have to work with them for a long time at loss, until they skill up. Then you can start selling items that give you some income or at least break even.

To earn some extra money, there are contracts. Contracts are totally random, and most of the time you will see contract for level 7 - very high item, while still producing nails.

Also, you can take out whatever amount of loans you want, so you can cover any losses you will have.
